1. Shipping Coverage
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. Delivery is available to all major cities, towns, and most rural areas through our trusted logistics partners.
Standard Delivery Timeline:
- Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, etc.): 3-5 business days
- Tier 2 Cities: 5-7 business days
- Remote Areas: 7-10 business days
2. Shipping Charges

3. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Order Cut-off Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on business days are shipped the same day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order status at any time.
4. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries
Our courier partners will attempt delivery 3 times before marking the shipment as undeliverable. If delivery is unsuccessful after all attempts:
- The package will be returned to our warehouse.
- We will contact you to arrange re-delivery or a refund.
- Re-delivery may incur additional shipping charges.
Important
Please ensure someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address. Packages left unattended are not our responsibility.
5. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or if you believe it has been lost in transit:
- 1.Contact us within 24 hours of delivery (for damaged items) or within 7 days of the expected delivery date (for lost items).
- 2.Provide photos of the damaged package/product and your order details.
- 3.We will investigate and provide a resolution within 3-5 business days.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available for select pin codes across India. COD availability will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery pin code.
- •COD orders have a handling fee of ₹49
- •Maximum COD order value: ₹10,000
- •Please keep exact change ready at the time of delivery
