At Crest Sports, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes a purchase may not work out, and we want to make the return and refund process as smooth as possible. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and our procedures.

1. Order Cancellation

Before Shipment

You may cancel your order at any time before it is shipped. To cancel an order:

  2. 2.Provide your Order ID and reason for cancellation
  3. 3.Receive confirmation of cancellation within 24 hours

Full Refund: Orders cancelled before shipment will receive a 100% refund within 5-7 business days.

After Shipment

Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may refuse delivery or initiate a return after receiving the product as per our return policy below.

2. Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for the following reasons:

Eligible
  • Wrong size delivered
  • Defective or damaged product
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product significantly different from description
Not Eligible
  • Used, washed, or altered items
  • Items without original tags
  • Items returned after 7 days
  • Sale/discounted items (final sale)

Return Condition Requirements

  • Product must be in original, unworn, unwashed condition
  • All original tags and labels must be attached
  • Product must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email) is required

3. How to Initiate a Return

Email us at crestsports1@gmail.com or call +91 93216 03176 within 7 days of delivery with your Order ID and reason for return.

Get Approval

Our team will review your request and provide return authorization within 24-48 hours.

Schedule Pickup

Once approved, we will arrange a free pickup from your address (for eligible returns).

Receive Refund

After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

4. Refund Policy

  • Online Payments:Refund to original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking)
  • Cash on Delivery:Bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) to your provided account
  • Wallet Payments:Refund to original wallet or bank account

Please Note

Shipping charges are non-refundable for returns due to change of mind. Original shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Exchange Policy

We offer size exchanges for items in stock. To request an exchange:

  1. 1.Follow the same return process mentioned above
  2. 2.Clearly mention that you want an exchange and specify the new size
  3. 3.Once we receive and verify the returned item, the new size will be shipped within 2-3 business days

Note: If the requested size is out of stock, we will process a full refund instead.
